Steve Lemme OG is ((Sour Diesel x Kosher Kush) x Boss Hogg) x Appalachian Thunderfuck. While Stink Bomb is an Indica-dominant hybrid from Archive Seed Bank. Stink Bomb combines the aroma and stout stature of NorCal Cat Piss with strong notes of lime from Face Off OG. Expect a flowering time of 9-10 Weeks.

Armor Down is the creation of Ben King, an Iraqi war veteran. And Ben’s background is what makes Armor Down so unique. After returning from Iraq and receiving a graduate degree, Ben’s continuing search for techniques to restore his pre-war physical and mental well-being led him to such practices as mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. Ben recognized these practices as being fundamentally more sustainable than most popular fitness approaches, and he began sharing his knowledge in weekly blog posts.

Ben became certified by the National Strength Professionals Association as a Certified Personal Trainer. Ben quickly noticed the exponential benefits of combining mindfulness practices like breathing and stretching, with strength training. Out of that realization, Ben created his own fitness regimen, which he currently practices and teaches both in classes and in one-on-one sessions.

After the publication of numerous studies supporting the use of integrative techniques for dealing with postwar mind-body conditions, Ben resolved to develop a deeper means for allowing service members and veterans access to these techniques. Armor Down is the result.

A mind always set on “threat” can get stuck analyzing past events in order to anticipate future threats. Armor Down seeks to help the warrior tame the hyper-vigilant mind with mindfulness. To demystify this term, mindfulness is simply non-judgmental present-tense awareness. The basic practice consists of focusing the mind on what is happening in the present moment, instead of thinking about the past or the future. Then, to simply notice without judgment or reaction. Armor Down trains warriors to demobilize the military mindset by focusing on their five senses, because of the direct experience of sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell, always occur in the present moment. Over time, this simple practice can dramatically alter the way the mind reacts to previously upsetting or threatening situations.
